RtM Bharat Private Limited. ("RtM Bharat") is a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation RtM International Pte. Ltd. (“RtMI”) and is established in October 2023 to enhance the RtM Group's presence in India. Leveraging on the global network of Mitsubishi Corporation and RtM Group, RtM Bharat commits to strengthen relationships with various partners in India and expand RtM Group’s business of mineral resources and metals commodities, such as Coal, Iron Ore, Copper, Alumina/Bauxite, Aluminum, Stainless Steel Raw Materials, Battery & Mobility Raw Materials and Precious Metals.

Mitsubishi Corporation RtM China Ltd. ("RtM China") was established in April 2020 and covers all the mineral resources and metals trading business of Mitsubishi Corporation in China. RtM China, is a 100% subsidiary company of Mitsubishi Corporation RtM International Pte. Ltd. ("RtMI"), which is the global headquarter of the mineral resources and metals trading business of Mitsubishi Corporation in Singapore. Mitsubishi Corporation has been involved in mineral resources and metals business in China for more than three decades, and RtM China will expand and strengthen business relationships with our partners and customers by trading in a wide range of metallic and mineral-based commodities and offering value added business solutions.

Mitsubishi Corporation RtM Japan (RtMJ) is a valued and trusted partner of Japanese customers for over 60 years. Covering primarily the Japanese market, RtMJ contributes to the majority of the annual global turnover. Formed out of the former Kinsho Corporation, after taking over Mitsubishi Corporation Non-Ferrous Metal Products Co., Ltd. and changing the company's name to Mitsubishi Corporation Unimetals Ltd., it has been merged with Mitsubishi Shoji Light Metal Sales Corporation in April 2010, and continued to develop it as a core company in the trading of non-ferrous metals in the Mitsubishi Corporation Metals Group.

In addition to the various commodities managed by RtMI, RtMJ also trades a specialised stable of commodities for the Japanese Market, such as metallurgical coal, rare earth and metals, heat exchanger materials and non- ferrous products.

Mitsubishi Corporation RtM (Americas) (RtMA), the metals trading division of Mitsubishi International Corporation (MIC) is a US-based subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. RtMA is a global trader of metals and minerals, and draws on its worldwide sourcing and distribution capabilities to trade precious metals, aluminum ingots, copper concentrates, and metallurgical/thermal coal predominantly within North and South America. RtMA coordinates its trade and marketing efforts with RtMI to ensure a global movement of metals and minerals commodities from and within the American market.

Mitsubishi Corporation RtM (Europe) (RtME), is the metals trading division of Metal Group of Mitsubishi Corporation International (Europe) Plc, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. RtME, covering the European market, deals with raw materials for steel, metallurgical and thermal coal, non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, etc.), precious metals, bullion and metals futures. RtME coordinates its trade and marketing efforts with RtMI to ensure a global movement of metals and minerals commodities from and within the European and African market.

Mitsubishi Corporation Headquarters for the Middle East serves as RtM's liaison for the Middle Eastern and Central Asian market under the trading name Mitsubishi Corporation RtM (Middle East and Central Asia). RtM MECA assists the global RtM groups to coordinate and manage trade sourcing and marketing efforts in the Middle Eastern & Central Asia markets.
